Our mission is to drive your success, and this can only happen when your services, products and solutions are working for you. We provide on-going support to keep you operational, including technical training, troubleshooting and product maintenance.

We carry out electrical calibrations for a wide range of customers, using our in-depth expertise to provide cost effective and technically appropriate calibrations for all instruments, including:

Red Helix calibration provides a reliable service and a fast turnaround.

Using our state-of-the-art ISO accredited calibration laboratory, in-house calibration is completed within five to seven working days, with a two-day premium service available on request. Our specialist capabilities allow us to calibrate a wide range of data-communication test and measurement equipment for a large variety of different customers.

All our calibration certificates are traceable to national standards, via certificates held for all our calibration instruments. Our centralised computer system allows us to store calibration data indefinitely, and quickly locate previous calibration results.

Our calibration services include instrument cleaning and PAT testing as standard.

Calibration certificates and results are sent with the goods, as well as stored digitally, so they can be easily replaced if needed.

Our experienced technicians and repair centre staff know how important it is for your business to be operational fast – so we’ll do everything we can to minimise repair turnaround times.

For non-warranty repairs, we offer a simple fixed cost repair price, giving you peace of mind that there won’t be any ‘additional costs’ added on to your bill. We offer a no obligation inspection of your equipment, which is free of charge if you choose to have your unit repaired – if not we will only charge you for the evaluation and return carriage fee.
